Tonight I made some boneless chicken breast along with some quartered potatoes and green beans. They turned out nice and juicy!

The Meater+ probe: :

– Your favorite boneless chicken breasts
– Package of medium red potatoes
– Package of your favorite green beans
– Salt / Pepper / Garlic
– Stick of butter
– Your favorite seasoning for the chicken

– Cut up your potatoes to about 1″ cubes
– Package up your potatoes in tin foil with some salt/pepper and 4-5 tabs of butter
– Package up your green beans in tin foil with salt/pepper/garlic and 4-5 tabs of butter
– Fire up the grill to about 400 degrees F
– Throw the green beans and potatoes wrapped in tin foil
– About 10-15 minutes later, flip the potatoes/green beans and add the chicken
– 10 minutes after the chicken has been cooking, flip it
– Continue cooking until the chicken has reached 167F internal temp
– Let everything rest about 10 minutes
– Cut into and enjoy!
