Tonight I made some awesome bacon wrapped, sweet sausage stuffed pork loin that I purchased locally from Blooming Glenn Pork & Catering. I also picked up some of their BBQ sauce to give it a try.
It all came out great! Find the ingredients and directions below!
– Pork loin
– Ground sausage
– Seasonings of choice
– Cook this slow (250F) or quickly (350) or in between
– Leave on the grill until about 160F. Pork is good to go at 145, however, ground sausage wants about 160 to be completely done.
– Optionally paint with some BBQ sauce in the last half hour of the cook.
