Ingredients:
– Roughly 2lbs ground beef
– About a lb of bacon
– 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
– 1 cup pepperoni
– 1 cup marinara sauce

Directions:
– Set grill/smoker to 275F
– Weave bacon together
– Flatten out the ground beef, fill with the cheese, sauce and pepperoni
– Roll up ground beef
– Wrap ground beef with bacon weave
– Set on grill until internal temp is 165
