Today I roasted some chickpeas using my Char-Griller Gravity 980, some Jealous Devil charcoal and pecan wood.
This is a super-easy snack!
– 2 cans chickpeas
– 2 TBSP olive oil
– Salt to taste
– Rince chickpeas
– Lay out in a single layer on a baking sheet
– Set grill or oven to 375F
– Cook them for approx 30 minutes to dry out
– Place in a bowl, mix in the olive oil, salt and any other seasonings
– Place back on baking sheet – continue to cook until crispy/crunchy checking every 10 minutes.
