I made some sausage rolls on the kamado grill and they came out amazing!

Ingredients:
– 2 Puff pastry sheets
– 2 Pounds shredded pork sausage
– 1 Egg
– Optional toppings: rub, spices, mustard, sesame seeds

Directions:
– Thaw out puff pastry sheets
– Roll up some pork sausage into the puff pastry
– Top with seasonings, mustard (optional)
– Refrigerate for 20 minutes to stiffen up
– Cut into 1.5″ pieces
– Set grill to 400F
– Spread out pieces on grill
– Cook until 165F internal temp – may take about 20 minutes
– Enjoy!
