Today I made an eye of round roast on the gravity! Smoked it at 225F for about 2.5hrs and pulled it at 125F. It turned out awesome!

– Full Eye of Round Roast
– Worcestershire sauce (or other binder)
– Your favorite beef rub

– Pat your roast dry with a paper towel
– Apply your binder, then coat with your beef rub
– Fire up your grill/smoker to 225F
– Cook on indirect heat until internal temp is 125F
– Slice thin and enjoy!
