Tonight I made some awesome philly cheesesteaks with bacon and fried egg. It was super easy – you need to give it a shot!

– 2 12oz packs of shaved steak
– 1 lb provolone cheese
– 4-5 fresh eggs
– 4-5 hoagie rolls

– Cook the bacon to your liking – move to the side (non-heated)
– Cook up the shaved steak until the pink is about gone – move to the side
– Crack your eggs and fry them to your liking
– Make piles of the meat, top with cheese, then bacon, then the fried eggs
– Use the rolls like a tent to melt the cheese
– Scoop them up on to a platter / plates
